Executive Director of the Canadian Institute for Theatre Technology (CITT/ICTS)

Starting off our 20th year with a Resource Stage Conversation featuring Jacquie Lazar, Executive Director of the Canadian Institute for Theatre Technology (CITT/ICTS).

With over 20 years of experience in the theatre and live entertainment industry, Jacquie has held roles such as Front of House Manager, Technical Director, and Production Manager. Career highlights include Head Electrician at Young People’s Theatre, leading technical productions at St. Andrew’s College, and managing performance facilities at York University.

To kick off our 19th year of Resource Stage, we begin with a conversation with Robbin Cheesman, Technical Director at Stratford's Festival Theatre. Robbin shares her unique career journey and shed light on the challenges and successes of being a woman in professional theatre production.

Robbin takes us on behind-the-scenes and explore the fascinating rep theatre production cycle of the Stratford's Festival Theatre.

Theatrical Lighting Designer

October's Resource Stage event features professional lighting designer Kevin Fraser. With over 500 lighting designs to his name, Kevin has experiences working with light that very few people have.
