Lighting basics for Teachers

Do you have a few stage lights hanging in your auditorium, but don’t know how to use them?
Join us October 10th from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm for an online Resource Stage Study Hall session on using your school’s stage lighting system — no prior tech expertise needed. Learn the basics of different fixtures, how to light the stage, simple effects, and how to control it all.
And if you need to get a bit of marking done while in the course? We don’t mind — see you online!

Want to feel confident running your school’s sound system?
Join our exciting online Resource Stage Study Hall session on October 10 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, where you will have the opportunity to learn about the essential equipment for any sound setup. We'll cover everything you need to know, including microphones, mixers, speakers, cables, and even simple troubleshooting techniques to ensure everything runs smoothly. This session is perfect for PA days and will equip you with valuable knowledge and skills to enhance your events and projects.
